Miami strongly in the mix for John Wall

Thursday, April 30, 2009

It appears a weekend visit to Miami has done wonders for point guard John Wall. Wall, who played at Word of God (N.C.) Academy, is considered one of the nation's top five players. He would be an NBA lottery pick if he were draft eligible. He's likely a one-and-done player when he decides on a college. And the `Canes apparently have a legitimate shot. Wall has yet to publicly narrow his choices, but is expected to trim the list from seven to four sometime this week. (South Florida Sun-Sentinel)
