Chris Dunkley transfers from Royal Palm Beach to Pahokee
Posted Apr 29, 2009
Wide receiver Chris Dunkley, one of the nation's premier high school football prospects and an area track star, transferred Tuesday from Royal Palm Beach to Pahokee and plans to play for the Blue Devils as a senior this fall. Dunkley said he grew up in Pahokee and lived there until age 8. He said he will be living with his grandmother. The move has been rumored for months, although two weeks ago Dunkley said that if he transferred it would not be to Pahokee. Tuesday, he cited "personal reasons" for changing schools.
