Northern Guilford High School under investigation

The principal and athletics director at Northern Guilford High in Greensboro resigned Friday in the midst of an ongoing investigation regarding high school athletics eligibility and other issues. The Greensboro News & Record reported Monday that the school system uncovered e-mails that indicate school officials may have encouraged students outside Northern's district to play there.
UNC football recruits Gabe King, Keenan Allen, and Christian McCain all attend Norther Guilford. King was a transfer to the school.
