Victory won’t boost interest

While less prominent universities have seen a surge in applications after major athletic victories, UNC officials do not expect the hype from the men’s basketball national championship to greatly affect potential student interest. UNC’s history of national prominence — in both athletics and academics — subdues an immediate increase in attention. (Daily Tar Heel)
