Danny Green's timing second to none
Posted Mar 22, 2009
Danny Green is big on second chances. The North Carolina senior had just missed a 3-pointer in UNC's 84-70 second-round win over LSU when he found himself with the ball in his hands and a wide-open look at another 3. "I ain't going to miss two in a row," Green said he thought to himself. Green didn't. His second-chance 3 turned a four-point game into a 70-63 lead. A resilient LSU team never got closer.
