Dexter Strickland, John Henson, Travis & David Wear named to McDonald's All-American roster

UNC basketball signees Dexter Strickland, John Henson, Travis Wear and David Wear were named to the 2009 McDonald's All-American roster. Two Duke signees and one Florida State signee also made the team. Here are the ACC representatives for the East and West squads:
