Harrison Barnes lures college coaching elite
Posted Feb 12, 2009
Top-ranked Ames High School has been a magnetic draw all season, playing in front of packed gymnasiums across the Central Iowa Conference.
The Little Cyclones' showstopper is Harrison Barnes, one of the top players in the nation in the Class of 2010. College coaches mix into the frenzied environment at every stop. On Friday at Marshalltown, Kansas coach Bill Self, Florida coach Billy Donovan, Iowa coach Todd Lickliter and Iowa State coach Greg McDermott were on hand.
