UNC football signee Donavan Tate among the top 10 college baseball recruits
Posted Feb 9, 2009
The Bleacher Report ranks incoming UNC freshman Donavan Tate among the top ten high school baseball players in the nation. Tate, a member of Butch Davis' 2009 football recruiting class would likely play baseball at UNC as well as football, however he is just as likely (if not more so) to forego college altogether and sign a major league baseball contract if he is drafted as high as many expect.
