Jennifer Alley Named ACC Women's Basketball Legend


The ACC announced its fifth annual class of Women's Basketball Legends Thursday to be honored at the 2009 ACC Women's Basketball Tournament, held March 5-8, at the Greensboro Coliseum, and former UNC head coach Jennifer Alley was among those chosen. Alley served nine years as the first full time head women's basketball coach at the University of North Carolina and helped the Tar Heels capture the 1984 ACC crown. (Tar Heel Blue)
