Fox: Peppers will bounce back

Carolina Panthers coach John Fox emphatically expressed his confidence Wednesday that defensive end Julius Peppers will return to form this fall after a disappointing season. "I expect Pep to come back in a big way," Fox said at a media breakfast with NFC coaches at the league owners' meetings.
