UNC women's soccer to face rivals

Notre Dame and UNC will add another chapter to their women's soccer rivalry today when they meet in the championship game of the NCAA Women's College Cup. Two years ago, the Tar Heels defeated the Fighting Irish 2-1 for their 18th NCAA championship. Last season, the Fighting Irish returned the favor by booting the Tar Heels out of the tournament 3-2 in the third round. Notre Dame (26-0-0) won the only meeting this season, prevailing 1-0.
