It’s been so long since the Tar Heels received their deluge of 2009 pledges — four of the five Carolina signees offered oral commitments within 10 days of one another in January. But make no mistake. Not only is the five-man class Williams has assembled the undisputed No. 1 class in the nation, it could prove to be one of the most complete classes ever at Carolina.
