UNC basketball recruits rank as No. 1 class

This just in: North Carolina and Duke have signed elite basketball recruiting classes yet again. Heading into the early signing period that started Wednesday with all five of UNC's verbal commitments and both of Duke's commitments signing their national letters of intent, Scout.com national recruiting director Dave Telep ranks the Tar Heels' class as the best in the nation and the Blue Devils' class as the fifth-best.
