Eric Williams returning to Wake Forest
Posted Jun 13, 2005
Wake Forest center Eric Williams withdrew his name from the NBA draft Sunday and will return for his senior season with the Deacons. Eric Williams hadn't hired an agent and had until June 21 to change his mind about entering the June 28 draft. Williams has been working out at the NBA's pre-draft camp in Chicago. He had said he wouldn't stay in the draft unless he was certain he would be a first-round pick.
