Like Father, Like Son! Marcus Jordan Demonstrates Late Heroics


With his team trailing by 2 points with 10 seconds remaining, Marcus Jordan (son of ) caught the basketball on the right side of the court, shook a defender, drove to the hole, got fouled, and hit a floating jumper. Jordan then proceeded to stick the free throw to lead the Rising Stars 14-U team to a 50-49 win at the 14-U AAU National Tournament. Jordan, a 6-2 wing, ranks as one of the elite Class of 2009 basketball prospects in the state of Illinois. (Chicago Hoops)
