Tar Heels inquire about Dinc, wait on Copeland

While Winston-Salem forward Mike Copeland is waiting to see whether he has earned the grades to play basketball at North Carolina next season, the Tar Heels have made preliminary inquiries about adding a big man from Germany to their 2005-06 team. UNC this week contacted 6-foot-10, 250-pound Cem Dinc, who is currently playing for the Turkish national team.
