Marcus Ginyard, Tar Heels recuperating after trip

Wednesday, September 07, 2005

Roy Williams returned from the Bahamas feeling glad that he and his team had a chance to go. But the North Carolina men's basketball coach said a couple of factors -- injuries and the competition -- prevented his players from benefiting as much as they might have from the two-day trip. "The games -- I'd like to say it helped our freshmen -- but they're like a MASH unit now," Williams said. (Durham Herald-Sun)
