Jawarski Pollock outgrows skepticism

Every year, Jawarski Pollock has to silence the critics who say the 5-foot-8 receiver is too small to play football. When he was a senior at Southeast High, college suitors were few and far between despite the impressive numbers he put up. Entering his fifth year at UNC, the 170-pounder is on the verge of becoming the Tar Heels' career-leading receiver in three categories. He will also get his degree with two majors.
