Touch of baby blue brightens USC’s future

The news could not have been better Thursday for college football fans in the Carolinas. South Carolina and North Carolina will play each other in 2007 and 2010. Perhaps by the conclusion of the 2010 season the two programs will see fit to make their meetings an annual affair. In fact, it makes a whole lot of sense for the two schools to play against each other annually in all sports.
