Even in new role, Colin Moran believes he must ‘earn’ at-bats

Colin Moran will likely begin 2021 across the diamond, as the Pittsburgh Pirates' first baseman of the foreseeable future. It’s the back end of the Pirates’ Christmas Eve trade of Josh Bell to the Washington Nationals, general manager Ben Cherington believing Moran can build on what he did this past summer and also maybe provide a defensive upgrade.
