UNC must solve turnover troubles

Struggles with turnovers have hindered UNC from developing a successful offense. The team ranks 11th in the ACC in turnover margin — averaging a net loss of nearly one per game. “Right now, we have far too many turnovers,” said. “We have got to reduce them, and we have to get a couple for ourselves. That’s something that we’re constantly addressing.” While the Tar Heels have lost three fumbles in 2005, quarterback ’s tendency for interceptions has been the primary impetus for UNC losing the turnover battle.
