Heels get wake-up call early

It was just after noon Saturday, practically dawn for groggy college kids just straggling into Kenan Stadium's nearly empty student section when there came a bolt from the Carolina blue. Boston College kicked off to open the game. The kick was short, dropping in front of UNC returner Wallace Wright. He ran behind his wedge, turned the corner on BC's defenders and raced down the right sideline for a 90-yard touchdown return.
