Baker Playing Through Pain for Tar Heels

Matt Baker wasn't going to let a sprained ankle or bruised ribs take him out of the lineup as North Carolina's starting quarterback. "There was no chance I was going to miss a game," Baker said. After all, the guy nicknamed "The Glass Man" by teammates for playing through a series of injuries waited four years for his chance to play. And his career is now down to a number of games that can be counted on one hand.
