Coach John Bunting can quickly rattle off two substantial reasons why North Carolina should play its best game of the season today. "We're desperate to win, and we want to beat Duke," he said. "We don't like losing to Duke." Bunting could have added two reasons - keeping alive chances for a winning season and for bowl eligibility.
