In many ways, Roy Williams has been feeling like a kid with a litter of new puppies. With an eager and sprightly team showing up at the Smith Center day after day, Williams can’t wait to throw on his sneakers, get out of the office and run around until he’s exhausted. “Practice every day is fun,” Williams said Friday. “I go out there every day and yell, ‘It’s a wonderful day in the neighborhood.’ And that’s exactly the way I feel.”
