Ole Miss doesn't get Cignetti
Posted Jan 1, 2006
After Fresno State's 31-24 loss to Tulsa in Memphis' Liberty Bowl on Saturday, Bulldogs coach Pat Hill said Cignetti has accepted the offensive coordinator position at North Carolina. "He's gone," Hill said. "He's going to take the job at North Carolina. "He's going to double his salary. Those are things we can't do at Fresno State. We don't have that kind of money or those kind of opportunities."
