Heels' effort stymies Davidson; next up, State

Davidson has played one of the toughest schedules in the country, and has beaten teams such as Massachusetts, St. Josephís and Missouri, while losing at top-ranked Duke, at Charlotte and at Syracuse. Nonetheless, the level of competition for UNC increases dramatically on Saturday when N.C. State comes to Chapel Hill for the Tar Heels' first ACC game of the season.
