Carolina's 2006 Football Schedule Released

The Atlantic Coast Conference released the 2006 football schedule on Wednesday and North Carolina will play seven home games for the first time since 1993. Carolina will play home games against Rutgers, Virginia Tech, Furman, South Florida, Wake Forest, Georgia Tech and NC State and road games at Clemson, Miami, Virginia, Notre Dame and Duke. Nine of the 12 teams on UNC's schedule appeared in bowl games last season.
