No. 20 Boston College recovered from an early nine-point deficit, closed out the first half with a 24-6 run and then held off North Carolina by repelling every comeback attempt and withstanding a career-high 26 points from Tyler Hansbrough, as the Eagles topped the Tar Heels, 81-74.
