I believe the current method of evaluating offensive rebound success is flawed. I often hear one team did better than the other because they got more offensive rebounds than the other team. I believe this is like comparing apples and oranges. I would think to truly evaluate offensive rebound superiority you have to calculate offensive rebounds versus rebound opportunities off the same glass.
