Matt Doherty is calmer, more patient


"This may sound crazy, but I'm a little more calm and patient," said Doherty, 43. "You see me on the sideline, you'll say, 'Yeah, right.' But there's a bigger picture out there. With two years off, I told somebody, I don't have to coach. I can live without it. At the end of the day, who really matters? It's your family and your good friends and, really, that's it."
