North Carolina's first game as the No. 1 team in the country was tougher than the 17-point margin on the scoreboard showed, but that's to be expected any time it plays N.C. State. North Carolina (21-1, 8-0 ACC) got 18 points from Ivory Latta and 17 apiece from Camille Little and Erlana Larkins to beat N.C. State 75-58 at Carmichael Auditorium last night.
