Parker shows 'em


As a kid growing up in Clinton, a small agricultural town of 8,756 in southeast North Carolina, Parker was so fast, he used to race pit bulls in the street. Did he ever beat one? "Gave 'em a good run," his father said. "But I've seen him outrun a lot of football players." And that's what Parker Sr. saw in person last night in the Super Bowl. (Newsday)
