Nobody else in college basketball has anything quite like what Duke and North Carolina have going. It's more than tradition. It's more than recruiting pipelines. It's more than the benefits of TV exposure and American Express commercials. It's that bond and that most vital human trait of loyalty that guarantee that the family never drifts too far in the wrong direction.
