Bobby Frasor snapped a 56-56 tie with a 3-pointer Sunday night, igniting a decisive 14-2 run as the No. 23 Tar Heels defeated Miami 80-70 before a sellout crowd of 7,000 at the BankUnited Center. Frasor scored 10 of his 13 points in the final 10½ minutes of the game, including a pair of jumpers down the stretch, as UNC improved to 4-1 in ACC road games this season.
