Carolina signed an outstanding recruiting class this year, but Frank Cignetti may have been the headliner. The Tar Heels were in need of some fresh blood on offense, and landed one of the game’s best young offensive minds. He’s had success with quarterbacks at both the college and pro level, which is a good thing considering the Heels will be looking to develop a quarterback of the future out of a group of untested underclassmen.
