UNC baseball leaves job undone in Game 1 of super regional

By the time the North Carolina baseball team was absorbing the sudden sequence that resulted in a Game 1 loss in the NCAA super regional with Auburn, loud roars of approval for starting pitcher Tyler Baum seemed far in the past. Now it’s all about what the Tar Heels can do to save the season. “It was a tough one for us to swallow,” North Carolina coach Mike Fox said.
