Tar Heels rout Maryland

Monday, February 27, 2006

For a team that was supposed to have difficulty finding ways to win, North Carolina has mastered that and more. The Tar Heels just blow ‘em out. “We use what people said about us at the beginning of the season as motivation,” forward Reyshawn Terry said after North Carolina drubbed Maryland 81-57 on Sunday in Atlantic Coast Conference men’s basketball at the Smith Center. “We’re starting to realize how good we can be.” (Shelby Star)
