Levi Michael excited about opportunity with Giants organization

Levi Michael’s professional baseball career has taken yet another turn but change can represent opportunity. The former North Davidson and UNC star signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants on Nov. 20. A former first-round draft pick of the Minnesota Twins, Michael became a free agent after playing one season for the New York Mets’ Double-A franchise.
