North Carolina hadn't seen a slow start like this in quite some time. Focus a little fuzzy, intensity a little low, the 10th-ranked Tar Heels were knocked back on their heels Friday night by an underdog -- and attack-dog -- Virginia team they'd buried by 45 points nine days earlier.
