Reduced practice time doesn't sit well with Williams
Posted Mar 15, 2006
Roy Williams wasn't pleased with the fact that the NCAA has reduced practice sessions at game sites from 50 minutes to 40 minutes for this year's NCAA Tournament. "Now it's going to be a dog-and-pony show," he said. "We'll go out there, and I'll shoot hooks from the top of the key and crap like that. It's just a senseless waste of time. Forty minutes? I can sneeze seven times in 40 minutes."
