A book reading would seem to be the least likely place for fisticuffs. But recently at a Greensboro, N.C., bookstore where Will Blythe was promoting his new book, "To Hate Like This Is to Be Happy Forever," the author had to step in between two "genteel-looking old gents" who were strenuously debating the merits of Duke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski.
