The diminutive Latta has no fear venturing into the land of the giants
Posted Mar 31, 2006
Ivory Latta of North Carolina is often the smallest person on the court, but she's just as frequently the most fearless. There's no one playing women's basketball today she's afraid to attack if she can find a lane to the basket. "I really don't care (about the height of the opponent)," said Latta, who plays point guard. "Size doesn't matter. As long as I can go out there and get the job done, I'm happy." She gets the job done.
