The Tar Heels' season ended under an avalanche of missed shots and missed rebound opportunities. Latta, who came in averaging a team-high 18.6 points per game, shot 5 of 17 from the field overall and missed nine of 10 from 3-point range. Overall, the Tar Heels shot 4 of 23 on 3-pointers for 17 percent. They entered the game shooting 37 percent on 3s for the season.
